The main goal of the accelerated regulatory acts revision was the existing regulatory acts adjustment to the Law “On Main Principles of the State Regulatory Policy in the Sphere of Economic Activity”. The presented survey displays the requirements of the Law maintenance on the procedure of regulatory acts publication for the public discussion by the Central Executive powers (CEP) on their own official web-sites. The survey was conducted on 17 September – 7 October 2005.
