20 March, 2008. Kyiv - Around 40 representatives of regional and national mass media outlets, experts from UN Agencies, state and non-governmental institutions have met to discuss Ukrainian chances in improving maternal health and reducing child mortality rates. The meeting with journalists took place on the eve of 7 April – World's Health Day in the framework of UN-led public information campaign dedicated to the achievement of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in Ukraine.
